Sermon 03/10/2024

The contrast of Martha's toiling while Mary sat at the feet of Jesus during His visit to their house provides the backdrop for Jesus' lesson on priorities and the only truly needful thing in our lives.  Mary accomplished so much in her gesture, as sitting at the feet of the Savior shows submission, trust, discipleship, service, love and obedience.  It should be the way we start and end our day as it is the prerequisite for everything else we need to accomplish.  May we follow this example and spend time learning and fellowshipping with Jesus as we sit at His feet.
