Sermon 10/06/2019

We are reminded in Isaiah 55 that our thoughts are not God's thoughts, and our ways are not God's ways.  His thoughts and His ways are higher than ours, but we don't often live and make decisions in our lives on the basis of that truth.  Two stories in scripture are examined displaying the differences between God's thoughts and ours, as well as God's ways and ours.  The story of King Saul and the story of Jesus' healing of Jairus' daughter remind us to always seek His thoughts and follow His ways in every decision, circumstance and moment of our lives.
