Sermon 09/08/2019

Jesus told His disciples at an evening hour to set sail and go forward to the other side.  He makes the same request of us today.  It is not a time to be stagnant.  It is not a time to sit still and remain tethered to this world or even go backwards with the tide.  He wants us to forget what is behind, to move forward with Him, and to press on.  He is calling us to leave our comfort zone, cut the rope and set sail!
