The first part of a two-part series on regrets.  We all live with regrets in our lives, but the Christian life is truly the life of least regrets.  Christ is the great Healer of regrets and is the only One who can give us a fresh start.  The first two of four types of regrets are examined: 

1. The things we did that we should not have done
2. The things we said that we should not have said
3. The things we did not do that we should have done
4. The things we did not say that we should have said
