God is in Control - Part 1

Esther 2:5-6, 9-11; 4:13-14
Part one of our three-part series takes us into the Book of Esther. Focusing on the life of Mordecai; we hear of his love, his lineage, his loyalty, his labor and his legacy.
The Book of Esther is a summary of God’s faithfulness and protection. Even though the Jews were spread out across 127 provinces, from India to Ethiopia, God was still faithful to His people.
Mordecai stayed faithful to the Lord, no matter what the circumstance. This life of faithfulness had a huge influence, not only at that time, but in through the many ages that have since passed.
We can rest assured that when trouble comes, God is still in control.
