A challenging sermon detailing the first act of opposition against the church. Paul and John were preaching the Good News and many were converted; however, this disturbed the leaders of the time. Despite their being placed in jail and being put on trial, Paul and John forged ahead with courage supplied by God.

Christians throughout the world today are also facing opposition. We hear horrendous stories of the targeting of Christians stemming from hatred of the Gospel of Christ and the conviction it brings.

Just as Paul and John forged ahead, fearless in the delivery of the Gospel, we should do likewise. God is with us; we should not fear mere men.
