Part 1 of an inspirational sermon that encompasses many lessons we can take from the life of Noah in order to live righteously and find favor in God’s eyes. Noah lived in a time where mankind was extremely depraved. Sadly, the time in which we now live is much as it was in the days of Noah.

God spoke to Noah, asking him to build an ark, in preparation of a devastating flood that was to come. The ark was necessary in order for God to create a covenant between Himself and mankind. Noah worked on the ark for one hundred and twenty years. No doubt there were times that Noah may have had second thoughts; nevertheless, Noah learned to depend upon God.

Noah, found favor in the eyes of the Lord because Noah wanted what God wanted.
