Sermon 07/25/2010

Sometimes in the midst of trying circumstances, God's word and His promises make no sense to us and seem to be of no help in our storm. Nothing could be further from the truth.

We can be assured that during such seasons of difficulty Jesus is willing and waiting for us to reach out to Him. When all seems lost Jesus comes to the rescue.

As in each of the scripture references today, Jesus will reveal Himself to those who are hurting and discouraged. We must, however be willing to acknowledge His presnece and receive Him by faith.

Is God reaching out to you today through difficult and discouraging circumstances? Jesus will never leave us nor forsake us.
